01
Imaging safe enough to repeat

For the first time, annual whole-body screening becomes physically possible — at a dose that carries no meaningful risk. Population-scale early detection, finally within reach.

02
A complete picture of the body

Millimetre-resolution 3D imaging of the entire body — including dense anatomy, bone, and implants — in a single 15-minute scan. Nothing hidden. Nothing excluded.

03
For patients current imaging excludes

µ-T Scan works where CT and MRI cannot. Larger patients, metal implants, dense anatomy — the patients hardest to image are often those most in need.

04
Detection before symptoms appear

Moving from late-stage to early-stage detection transforms survival. The bottleneck has never been treatment — it has been finding cancer in time to act.

The Source of Novelty

Muons — born
from light itself.

Muons are nature's own imaging particles. Heavier than electrons, they pass through the entire human body depositing a negligible fraction of the dose of conventional X-rays.

Until now, high-intensity muon beams required accelerators the size of city blocks. ATIMSUS changes that — by using muons generated from a laser.

Laser-driven acceleration
An ultra-intense laser pulse creates a plasma wave that accelerates electrons to near light-speed within millimetres — not kilometres. These electrons produce the muon beam.
Compact by design
The entire source with the beamline fits in a room. What once demanded a national laboratory now becomes the core of a clinical device — a fundamental shift in what is possible.
A first-of-kind challenge
The underlying physics is established. The challenge — and the opportunity — is optimising every parameter for the clinical context: resolution, dose, speed, and reliability.
Built by people who know muon beams
ATIMSUS is founded by researchers with direct experience operating high-intensity muon beamlines at the frontier of particle physics. We start from practice, not from a textbook.

Early Access

Join us before the
category exists.

We are at the earliest stage — which means the highest upside and the greatest opportunity to shape what µ-T Scan becomes. We are looking for investors and collaborators who think in decades.

For Investors
Enter before the market exists
A capital-efficient path from first principles to a category-defining medical device. Phase 1 de-risks the core physics before any heavy commitment is required.
